IT and Facilities Team

Dedicated to providing a seamless operational experience, our IT and Facilities team work hard to keep our IT systems, office buildings and training facilities running smoothly; enabling our staff and delegates to perform at their best.

What does the IT and Facilities Team do?

Our IT and Facilities team are responsible for the day-to-day operation of our internal IT systems and buildings. They manage our IT infrastructure and training facility to make sure that all our staff, visitors and delegates have a comfortable and enjoyable experience when visiting the Elmhurst sites.

As well as this, our IT and Facilities team focus on the continuous improvement of our IT processes; helping our staff offer the best possible experience to our members.

Typical Responsibilities could include:

  • Managing IT infrastructure
  • Coordinating risk assessments
  • Resolving IT/facilities tickets
  • Ensuring IT equipment is up to date and fit for purposes
  • Maintaining Cybersecurity
