Our 4 day online On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) qualification course is perfect for those looking to complete Energy Performance Certificates for new build homes.
During the course you will learn how to use SAP software to assess the energy performance of new build homes, helping to select appropriate building services, green technologies and alterations to the fabric to ensure a building meets compliance with building regulations.
With all new build homes in the UK requiring an Energy Performance Certificate and the government’s continued commitment to building new homes, this is an exciting area to work in. As an OCDEA, you will have a direct impact on the energy performance of new homes through your energy calculations, and your work will contribute towards the UK’s drive towards net zero.
