About the Role

Elmhurst is the UK’s leading provider of training and accreditation for Energy Assessors. Due to the growing demand for our Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification, we are seeking a Technical Assessor/Advisor to join our training team. This role will involve assessing, supporting, and enhancing Elmhurst’s training services to ensure continued excellence.

The position is based at our Lutterworth office, with the option for hybrid working.

What can I expect to do in the role?

The main part of your role will be to work alongside our core training team, providing essential support and guidance to learners throughout their journey on the Domestic Energy Assessor training course – Elmhurst’s most popular qualification course. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional front-line support to learners through technical assistance, primarily via online assessment feedback, as well as telephone and email communication.

About You

We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong ‘Can-Do’ attitude, someone who is eager to go the extra mile to ensure a positive training experience. The ideal candidate will have:

✅ Exceptional attention to detail
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

While not essential, the following would be advantageous:

✅ Experience in providing telephone and customer support in another industry
✅ A Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA)
