Are you a dedicated, qualified and dependable Domestic Energy Assessor eager for a fulfilling partnership? Join Dexters, one of London’s top real estate agencies.

• Various locations across London.
• Full Time.
• 27K+4.8K bonus, travel allowance and up to £1.6K equipment allowance after probation.

Visit multiple properties per day to produce accurate Energy Performance Certificates for marketing within the agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities: 

• EPC generation and lodgement.
• Assessing homes for alternative heating systems and other energy efficiency products.
• Measuring properties for RICS compliant floor plan production (training provided).
• Liaise with Bookings Administrators, Sales and Lettings offices and external clients.
• Return completed work to offices within required deadlines.
• Respond to internal or external queries.

Requirements & Skills: 

• Customer focused and good communicator
• A Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment
• An understanding of the laws surrounding the role
• IT skills for using software to produce the EPC
• The ability to explain the EPC clearly to clients
• The ability to work well with a wide range of people
• Good observational skills
• The ability to take accurate measurements
• The ability to keep legible, complete and accurate records
• Knowledge of construction methods, construction materials and heating systems
• Able to work independently as well as part of team
• Good time-management skills
• Good general knowledge of London Area

Desirable:

• Knowledge of producing floor plans
• NDEA or on-construction accreditation
• Driving Licence and personal car
