We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis team, which operates within the wider Software Development/IT department at Elmhurst.

– Salary: £28,000
– Location: Lutterworth/Hybrid

About the Role

At Elmhurst Energy, software is at the heart of what we do, driving our success as leaders in the energy assessment and retrofit industry. We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in developing high-quality software applications that support our continued growth and innovation.

In this role, you will gather and analyse business requirements, coordinating projects from inception to completion while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your efforts will ensure the delivery of on-time, high-quality solutions that promote the Elmhurst brand and enhance our software offerings.

As a key business advocate, you will collaborate across departments and with customer-facing teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer into the development process. Your strong communication skills will be essential in aligning stakeholders and managing expectations, helping us deliver meaningful results.

About You

Our ideal candidate will possess:

✅ The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others

Though not essential candidates with the following skills and qualifications are desired:

✅ Proven experience in a similar role, including information management, data analysis, agile project planning and control, or a strong understanding of the EPC accreditation scheme industry
✅ Educated to at least GCSE level (or equivalent)
