Domestic Ventilation (Classroom)

Suitable for Energy Assessors, Retrofit Professionals, Designers, Airtightness Testers, Background Ventilation Testers. It is also ideal for experienced electricians, plumbers, ventilation installers and heating engineers that are looking to improve their knowledge and understanding of Domestic Ventilation Systems.

Course Overview

This domestic ventilation training and assessment has been designed to provide the necessary skills in testing, commissioning, handover, servicing and fault-finding of ventilation systems in accordance with the latest Minimum Technical Competency documents (MTC). It is also relevant for those working in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Please note: this training event is provided in conjunction with EnviroVent Ltd who are an approved and accredited NICEIC training provider.


Course Eligibility

This course is ideal for Domestic Existing Energy Assessors, New Build Energy Assessors, and a range of Retrofit Professionals, including Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators, and Designers. It’s also tailored for individuals engaged in site-based testing and assessments within properties, such as Airtightness Testers, Background Ventilation Testers and Thermography Inspectors.

There are no formal pre-requisites for this course; however understanding or experience with ventilation systems is recommended.
