Course Overview
This course provides an understanding of the latest updates to the Non-Domestic Conventions document for Issue 9, due to be implemented on 1st July 2024. It is designed to support Non-Domestic Energy Assessors in transitioning to the new version of the conventions document, ensuring successful audits.
A breakdown of the updated and new conventions can be found below and during the course, these will be discussed in further detail, highlighting how they may impact your role as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor.
Eligibility
To enrol on this course, you must be a qualified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor.
- 6.08 – Estimating the Local Mechanical Exhaust Specific Fan Power (SFP) in Existing Buildings
- 7.05 – Missing Lamp Selection
- 10.03 – Dimensions Convention for top floors with dropped non-permeable ceiling with or without insulation at ceiling level or permeable ceiling with an insulation layer across the entire ceiling.
- 2.11 – Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil
- 2.12 – Incomplete, Decommissioned or Condemned HVAC
- 4.09 – Low Zone Height
- 4.10 – Foundation Area
